Open an existing plan — click Open plan to load a .json file from your computer.

Or start fresh — click + Add phase in the task panel to create your first phase, then add tasks inside it.
Building your plan
- Phases organise related work. Each phase gets its own colour and a rolled-up bar on the chart.
- Tasks sit inside phases. Set a start date, end date, status, and optional progress %.
- Subtasks break a task into smaller steps — each gets its own bar.
Working with the chart
- Drag a bar left or right to move it. Drag the edges to resize.
- Click any bar or row label to edit details.
- Filter tasks using the search box at the top of the task panel.
- Undo any change with the Undo button or Ctrl + Z.
Saving your work
- Click Save plan or press Ctrl + S to write changes back to your
.json file. One file = one project.
- Export SVG snapshots the current view — scales without losing quality, text stays selectable.
- Store your plan file in OneDrive, Dropbox, iCloud Drive, or Google Drive to access it from any device and coordinate edits like any shared document.
Best experienced on a laptop or tablet — not optimised for phone screens.
